Jeff is a Managing Director at WR Securities, LLC, Wolfe Trahan & Co.’s broker-dealer affiliate. Prior to joining WR Securities, Jeff spent twenty years at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., most recently as a Managing Director in its Banking & Advisory Group focusing on merger and acquisition transactions in the transportation and logistics sectors. Jeff’s activities in these sectors led to the formation of an industry vertical at Brown Brothers focused exclusively on transactions within the infrastructure and logistics segments. During his tenure at Brown Brothers, Jeff was involved in a variety of financings and advised numerous public and privately held firms across a diverse range of industries. Notable transactions include VersaCold Logistics Services’ acquisition of P&O Cold Logistics and the sale of ICS Logistics to infrastructure funds managed by Babcock & Brown.
Jeff graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Economics and received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
