You may have been referred to us by our affiliate, WR Securities, LLC. Wolfe Trahan & Co. prepares and distributes its own research to its clients who pay for the research either with hard dollars or pursuant to their client commission arrangements entered into with third party broker–dealers that are not affiliated with Wolfe Trahan or WR Securities. If you wish to enter into a commission sharing arrangement, we or WR Securities can refer you to a broker–dealer that can make Wolfe Trahan’s research available to you as part of such an arrangement. Our affiliate, WR Securities does not enter into commission sharing agreements with its clients. We provide our research to clients pursuant to commission credit arrangements we have entered into with third–party, unaffiliated, executing broker–dealers. If you wish to receive our research through WR Securities, the cost for the services provided by the third–party unaffiliated executing broker–dealer, which will include the price you pay for the research, must be negotiated and agreed to between you and the third–party unaffiliated executing broker–dealer.

Our affiliate, WR Securities, is compensated according to the terms of the agreement(s) it enters into with those executing broker–dealers. WR Securities also provides merger and acquisition advisory services and participates as underwriter or selling group member in public offerings. When a client is referred to WR Securities for these services, or when WR Securities is compensated for providing these services, Wolfe Trahan receives no compensation related to the referral or to completion of any transaction.
